Bel Air Collection Resort & Spa Riviera Maya, Xpu Ha

The hotel provided a wonderful experience with a laid-back atmosphere, perfect for relaxation. The staff was incredibly accommodating, and the rooms were unique and comfortable. While the dining options were somewhat limited, the food was generally delicious. The beach area required a short shuttle ride and had some accessibility issues on site, which could improve overall convenience.

We had a wonderful week at Xpu-Ha Palace, an all-inclusive resort in the Riviera Maya. The lush surroundings created a peaceful atmosphere, and the staff provided exceptional service. However, the food left a lot to be desired, as several items were simply inedible, ultimately detracting from the overall experience. Still, we loved the relaxing vibe and the beautiful beach nearby.

This resort delivers an unforgettable experience deeply rooted in nature and excellent service. I felt truly pampered throughout my stay thanks to the incredibly attentive staff. The accommodations are comfortable and unique, but some dining options fell short of expectations. While it's a serene escape, the beach needs improvement after the hurricane, and a few facilities could use some attention for consistency.

My experience at the resort was quite disappointing. The location was nice, surrounded by nature, but the overall service and the dining options were a letdown. The rooms were charming but not as clean and well-maintained as I had hoped. I've had much better stays elsewhere for a similar price, so it really didn't feel like good value for money.
